Who we are

This website is operated by Digital Techno EU B.V., Markt 19, 6071 JD Swalmen, Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 96546689, VAT number NL867655707B01 ("Digital Techno", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

We only collect personal data when you contact us. Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, region and message, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and company name. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up conversation. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which acts as our data processor. Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area; where it does, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months afterwards, unless we need to keep it longer for legal reasons.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies, and does not run analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own website.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at office@digitaltechno.nl. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
